Having spent over 11 years advising UK and Foreign Government entities around the world on their covert cyber requirements, Matt notably co-founded and co-led cybersecurity startup X Cyber Group - a specialist provider of OSINT data focused on people-related risks - growing the business from concept to a multi-million turnover with significant blue-chip clients, leaving after 7+ years to focus on new ventures.

Matt is a member of the World Economic Forum's Expert Network on Cybersecurity, was a top-recommended professional in the Spear’s 500 for Security, Intelligence & Investigations, and was a former member of the MARQUES cyberspace team, focused on intellectual property challenges in cyberspace.

Chris's extensive experience in law enforcement and cyber intelligence reflects a deep commitment to security and risk management. With over two decades of operational experience, his expertise in both offensive and defensive operations within the UK's specialised government structures have been instrumental in shaping modern cybersecurity strategies.

His seven-year tenure at X Cyber Group Ltd as a director and co-founder showcases his ability to innovate in the realm of Information Assurance and Risk Management. Chris's proficiency in a broad spectrum of controls, from technical to personnel, underscores his holistic approach to cybersecurity. Chris's dedication to analysing and interpreting complex data sets has undoubtedly enhanced the cybersecurity landscape, providing clients with robust protection in an ever-evolving digital world.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Ian is a former Infantry Officer. Having retired from the British Army in 2006 he joined Clarkson PLC in London before moving to Geneva in 2010 to work for Bunge SA the third largest Agribusiness in the world. Trading roles in the Oil and Gas markets led to corporate finance roles focused primarily on global capital markets in the commodity sector.

Over the last 5 years he has been involved with various businesses in cyber security, cyber advisory and cyber broking both buy and sell side, as well as Enviro Tech and Defence Tech start ups and seed capital raising.

He has held numerous CF30 Roles on the FCA Register.

He has created and driven go-to-market strategies including new product launches, sales, marketing and pricing strategies across multi-vertical clients and countries,

More recently at Experian he successfully managed the global set-up and launch of Experian’s Digital Identity Theft Protection and Dark Web Monitoring Services to provide digital identity protection against cyber threats for individuals and companies globally.
